All are commercial-grade, UL-listed for outdoor use, and warm-white or color per your preference. We don't use retail big-box strands — they aren't built for the Sound-facing winds and salt exposure on Long Island or the lake-effect freeze-thaw cycle across Central and Western New York.

Book in August or September for the best outdoor install window in New York. Our season runs early October through mid-December. Popular pre-Thanksgiving slots in Westchester (Scarsdale, Rye, Chappaqua), on Long Island's Gold Coast, and across the Hudson Valley fill by early October. October installs on shore properties are ideal — we beat first-storm risk and you enjoy six extra weeks of illumination. December bookings install within 5–10 days of deposit, subject to crew availability.

Yes. Outdoor tree work is one of our most-requested services. We wrap trunks (firefly style), fill full canopies (for mature oaks and maples 40–80 ft common in Bedford, Old Westbury, and Rhinebeck), install uplighting and starburst displays, net shrubs, illuminate boxwood spirals, and integrate landscape lighting with the house display. For North Shore specimen oaks and Hudson Valley copper beeches, we use lift-truck access and certified arborist supervision.

No. We use professional plastic clips designed for outdoor use — they attach to shingles, slate, gutters, and siding without nails, screws, staples, or adhesives. Nothing punctures your roof. On Westchester slate-roofed Tudors, NYC landmarked brownstones, and Hamptons cedar-shingle estates, damage-free attachment is non-negotiable and we carry a written no-damage guarantee. Clips come off cleanly at January takedown.
